Mrs Summerhouse’s art back in the Yorkshire Dales

hebdenOn the road from Pateley Bridge to Grassington in fact and one of my favourite views. It’s the view of the hills from a little village called Hebden. I’ve painted it before at different times of year. This one, as you might guess, is an early autumn picture with a slightly purple tint of the heather and even more artistic licence. Pastel on canvas again.
