When you start a new venture there’s always a question about how much support and advice you seek from other people who have more expertise. In our case that’s everybody, but whether it is a good idea to join a professional organization to gain that help or just get it in a more casual, less exposing way – well only time will tell. In this chapter I report back on our first official vineyard owner’s meeting.
