In this chapter of the vineyard years podcast, we thought we actually had grapes but it turned out they were in fact the flowers that, if we are lucky, precede the grapes. So we have some way to go before we can celebrate. As a substitute I bought some equipment (like the crusher / destemmer in the picture) that we would need if we ever did get to the point of making wine. You have to be an optimist with a project like this one.
