In this chapter more about sheds or the winery as we like to call it. Anybody would think we only set up the vineyard so I had an excuse for having more sheds. Not entirely wrong. That’s a picture of it just in case you thought it might be rather grand. It may be a case of putting the cart before the horse in building the winery before we have any proper number of grapes to make the wine with. Still you have to be bold in a venture like this.
