It seems only right that I should at some point give credit to where this crazy idea of a vineyard in the Yorkshire Dales all began. The brief answer is it began in a place called the Ferguson Valley in Western Australia. We were living there for a year on an exchange programme. A beautiful place and made even more so by being perhaps Australia’s newest wine region. It was here that I began to dream the dream. Listen on.
