In case you’ve been wondering what Mrs Summerhouse has been up to on the art front whilst in lockdown, here’s the answer. In the absence of more plates to decorate she’s gone back to basics – painting acrylic on canvas in this case. This wouldn’t have been an option except she had a considerable number of used canvasses from her teaching days (always knew they’d come in) which she has recycled. As you can see there is a strong floral theme going on. The last one has found a home in our living room. Apologies for the rather casual presentation.
